Excellent location, very helpfull staff, breakfast
Noisy air-condition the first night and dust at the lamp and coffee maker. To be fair- the next day, when I complaint about the air-condition at the reception dest, at midday everything was ok, and the room much more cleaned.

What was the highlight of Hotel Balmoral Barcelona
Not a budget stay but tried for a bit of premium which sadly it was not
Location and air conditioning and other facilities that we didn’t use. Luggage storage we used on checkout day. Breakfast option available but didn’t use it since plenty of food options and convenience stores around.
Bit too worn out and bathroom smelled moist and old and seams were lacking. Sound proofing of the door and windows was almost nonexistent. Cleaning sounds could be heard from other rooms and corridor and all talking in corridor would echo into rooms. Behind window was some kind of daycare and all the kids sounds echoed through in one of the mornings. Didn’t get a double and the twins kept moving and separating us constantly.
